Delivery Policy
Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom. No minimum spend required.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: 5 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT/BST) are processed the same day
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next business day
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all addresses within England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.
Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the 5–8 business day window, delays may occasionally occur due to:
High order volumes during peak seasons
Adverse weather conditions
Carrier disruptions
Huxen is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed.
2. Returns & Refund Policy
Your Right to Return
You have the right to return any item within 20 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
Unused and in its original condition
In its original packaging
Not a perishable, personalised, or hygiene-sealed product (once opened)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at huxen.store@gmail.com with:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
Exchange (Replacement) We Cover Return Costs: If you would like to exchange the damaged item for a replacement product, Huxen will cover the full return shipping cost. We will arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label at no charge to you.
Refund Only (No Replacement) Customer Covers Return Costs: If you choose to return the damaged item for a refund and do not wish to purchase a replacement product, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at huxen.store@gmail.com with your order number.
After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives under our Returns Policy.
Privacy & Data Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected during your purchase (name, address, email) is used solely to process and deliver your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

By placing an order with Huxen, customers agree to:
Provide accurate and complete delivery information
Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or that a safe place is designated
Contact us promptly in the event of any issues with their order
Not attempt to misuse our returns or refund policy
